Dr. Richard E. Busch III has completed numerous advanced training seminars and received certifications in chiropractic technique, pain management, documentation, adjunctive therapy, risk management, nutritional management, personal injury and developed and participated in many health-focused television and radio programs for public education of alternative and conservative healthcare. Dr. Richard E. Busch III is also a nationally recognized author of “*Surgery not Included: Freedom from Chronic Neck and Back Pain.”

Jennifer Busch who was recruited early in her career by a national publishing company and a trade journal, The American Chiropractor–– the leading trade journal for Doctors of Chiropractic. After learning the internal mechanisms of publishing, she was rapidly promoted to the position of National Sales Manager.
Jennifer married Dr. Richard E. Busch III in 1996, and together they founded and developed a leading chiropractic clinic that is now nationally recognized for its successful non-surgical treatment of chronic and severe disc conditions, the DRS Protocol™.
Jennifer has survived her own journey through the reality of adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. With the release of her new book, All in My Mind? How to Overcome Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia, she provides hope to others suffering from the same conditions.
Her book is dedicated to the thousands who are suffering needlessly. Only through her determination and never-ending faith did she discover the truth and uncover first the causes and then the treatments that would help her––once again––lead a normal, active life.
Rachel has been with Busch Chiropractic Center for over twenty-five years and has been an integral part in the development of one the largest spinal decompression cash practices in the United States. Rachel has worked directly with Dr. Richard E. Busch III in the creation of office standards and practices.
Rachel attended Indiana University for her undergraduate degree and has a background in sales in the orthopedic industry.
Rachel’s outside interests include: family, golf, gardening, fishing, kayaking and raising chickens.
PROFESSIONAL BIO
From childhood Michael Lafferman grew up under the philosophy of chiropractic, for two of his quasi uncles were Palmer graduates. He has been getting adjustments from the age of 10 onwards while through this process developed a great love and ample knowledge of the art of chiropractic. In the early 90’s he met an developed a friendship with Dr. Busch and many other soon to be chiropractors as they were studying the art at Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas.
Through his 20 year career as a investment banker, corporate finance and investor relations specialist he developed business practices from the executive level of communications, business development, operations, restructuring and finance. Over the last 10 years since departing the world of Wall Street he has taught English as a second language in Israel, Guatemala, Japan & China. As well as operating a few different art galleries on the West Coast.
Personal Interests & Hobbies include but not limited to Fly Fishing, Scuba Diving, Upland & Waterfowl Hunting with his Labrador Retrievers, Grappling, Aikido, Gourmet Cuisine, World Travel, History, Art, Philosophical & Religious Studies.
